While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about cloud seeding operations, weather modification programs, and related topics, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the Site.

The real-time flight tracking data is sourced from publicly available ADS-B transmissions and may not reflect all active cloud seeding operations. Aircraft may not be transmitting, may be operating outside our coverage area, or may not be included in our database. The absence of tracked flights does not mean cloud seeding is not occurring in a given area.

The content on this Site is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It should not be construed as legal advice, scientific findings, or official government data. 7. Limitation of Liability
